Pros

• the people are great- friendly and fun culture with lots of socials • travel opportunities- depending on your schedule you could be travelling 2/3 times a year, to either America or Europe • great office and location - amazing facilities • exciting opportunity to meet senior people

Cons

• lack of career progression- it takes 3 years as a minimum for a promotion • monotonous work- you do the same thing repeatedly for at least 4 years, and then you can manage others • base salary is extremely low, especially for London • profit share- yes you get profit share but how much isn’t guaranteed, you could end up with a lot less than you think • there are a few established names in the company who are senior and get paid well, but for everyone else the progression is stagnant

Pros

- Competitive benefits; unlimited PTO policy is still great. - The people keep me here.. we have amazing folks who genuinely care on our team.

Cons

Pressure to keep up with the AI race. Annual increases are limited and should be more competitive to retain talent.

Pros

The people you directly work with will rock and you will most likely have a manager who cares.

Cons

AI usage requirements. 3 days in office/week requirements. They have recently started watching our git contributions as well. It feels like constantly you are one stat away from being put on a PIP. Along with all that, they handled ICE misusing their product so poorly it makes me embarrassed to work here.
