Pros
I enjoy the customers and the happiness our products and service gives them. I enjoy my co-workers and the fun during our shifts. It really is just a fun place to work and at times it's stressful, but in the end, it's a team effort.
Cons
The only cons would probably be that is not usually too busy (and therefore we usually don't have a lot of employees working), there's not much of a challenge for me anymore and there's is no advancement opportunity for me.
