Pros
Tin hortons has a fixed way of doing things. It is also known all over Canada and the US and has a certain standard to follow. It serves coffee and food which is always fresh. Coffee is not used that has been made for more than 20 minutes.
Cons
It is sometimes difficult to get shifts for the number of employees are high. Stocking up at the end of the day makes you work overtime for 15-20 minutes.
