Pros

You have the opportunity to interact with people that come in, build relationships with regular customers, and get to know your supervisors really well.

Cons

Had to wake up for early mornings, and it is difficult sometimes to deal with angry customers. No matter how rude they are, you have to stay calm and considerate.
