I had an excellent team leader and manager. This job gave me the experience to learn and improve in my customer service skills. The hours were flexible which helped me maintain a work and school life balance.
Cons
The job can be physically demanding at times. Despite working for the company for one year or past my probation period, my wage rate did not increase.
