Have been working for 8 years at Total Loyalty Company and I got a wonderful experience there. - colleagues are so helpful and nice and supportive. Have been working with them like a family. - management also give me a lot of opportunities to grow and always discuss the project with us openly and looks for some ideas. - the workload is tough and clients are demanding sometime but I treat it as a challenge. And feeling fulfilled once make it happens. - the management team try to provide a good work environment for us.

- the salary part can be improved based on the economic environment

A good working place that everyone work like a basketball or football team to overcome the challenges.

Salary is little bit low.
