Have been working with them like a family. - management also give me a lot of opportunities to grow and always discuss the project with us openly and looks for some ideas. - the workload is tough and clients are demanding sometime but I treat it as a challenge. And feeling fulfilled once make it happens. - the management team try to provide a good work environment for us.

poor on boarding procedures, expect staff fully autonomous from day 1 bad mouthing former employees lack communication or should say only the boss has say unable to pay bonus and no career progression
