I work with Tova daily and have had such a positive experience, I wanted to leaf a positive review.
The best reasons to work at Tova,
1. Management- The owner Gen Cohan is awesome! She's a very effective manager and does a fantastic job at welcoming people, mentoring and running her company hands-on in a fun way; it's inspiring. She goes above and beyond everyday and does a really good job at taking care of everyone who works for her. Gen is also an excellent coach and mentor.
2, Leadership/ Professional Development- The training and development is excellent! I really can't comment positively enough on this point. I came into Tova hungry for a chance to make more money and be developed into a better business leader, and its really been paying off. The first year training in amazing!
3. Fun Work Environment-The entire office is pretty close knit and there's always things going on. Honestly, I didn't realize how important work actually was until I was with Tova.
Cons
The downsides include, kind of long hours during the week.
