Pros
The salary itself is decent, but the overall compensation package falls significantly short of market standards.
Cons
The real issue is the leadership. I worked directly with one of the co-founders, and the experience was deeply problematic. He is volatile, unpredictable, and creates a genuinely toxic atmosphere. His opinions shift constantly, leaving the team without a clear direction, and there is a chronic lack of communication and context that makes it nearly impossible to do your job effectively.
Feedback on delivered work is dismissive rather than constructive. Even more concerning is a pattern of gaslighting — he will ask you to complete a task, then deny ever having made the request. When confronted with written evidence, he refuses to take accountability and instead insists the misunderstanding was yours.
The broader culture reflects this dysfunction. Turnover is alarmingly high, and people are let go with little regard for their contributions. You are treated as a disposable resource, not a valued member of a team.
If you are looking for stability, professionalism, and a healthy working environment, look elsewhere.
