Lot's of opportunity to learn. The community is very supportive.

Cons

There aren't many opportunities for team building as the work is all remote.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We really appreciate it. Team-building in person is definitely hard when most of the company works remotely, but we do have the Yammer network where you can interact with other workers and admin personnel. There's always someone there if you have questions or just want to have a chat. If you haven't signed up for Yammer, it's highly recommended you do so, and that way you can get the full experience of our community. Again, thanks for your comments!

Pros

sounds great on paper. promised to make you a part of a highly professional, well paid organization

Cons

no upfront information on actual salaries/remuneration. getting through the training is extremely time consuming. after spending copious amounts of time and energy preparing to take the "pre" qualification exam, failed not once, not twice, not three times, but FOUR times. Each time, there is absolutely NO feedback on what you did wrong. So it's impossible to course correct. After all the hours spent and attempts to be accepted, the site shows they're not even accepting applications by way of taking an actual qualification exam. Their qualifications are extreme. I say this as a published author, former high school teacher, and holder of a Master's Degree. I've never had any problems with punctuation or with following format. Used their style guide to ensure I was doing everything right. Total waste of time.
