Pros

Flexible remote and summer hours options Great people, all incredibly kind and helpful. I feel that I can bring my true self to work every day. Middle management (directors-ish) are generally attentive, knowledgeable, and care about your experience

Cons

Executive leadership constantly pivoting on direction and strategy. This combined with layoffs every 6 or so months results in massive tech debt from abandoned initiatives.
