Thank you for your candid feedback. It is unfortunate that you did not have a more positive experience working at TripAdvisor. There are a few items listed in your review that I want to address, but would ask that if you have the time to discuss in more details, please let me know. We are building out an amazing team and workplace here in Dublin and it will be through feedback that we succeed. The Dublin sales team very much rewards top performance and talent. This goes beyond our compensation plan and also includes incremental training, opportunities to attend industry events, and exposure to our senior leadership. The guidance of our top talent, and those that embrace our core values, are what allow us to continue improving. This is part of our culture and we will always reward and listen to our best people.
