      many long service employees. flexible work arrangements. good benefits. renowned brandname. many talented colleagues i've known.

      Cons

      lots of changes, like most companies. room to improve with clearer strategy and communication. lacking focus to a concrete attack plan in a competitive international market. long working hours.

      Pros

      The pace and work/ life balance are very manageable and they are still pro remote work which is a huge benefit as a lot of companies push return to office. The benefits and salaries are great compared to the industry standards.

      Cons

      Lots of turmoil, changeover, layoffs and chaos caused by a recent re-org. ELT does not have vision or innovation outside of “AI” and it’s hard to feel confident about the long term success of the company. Lots of white men who lack creativity.
