      Rapid Product Releases Under Pressure - Due to a "move fast" culture driven by upper management, the company releases features faster than competitors, which causes rushed timelines and a lack of QA oversight, bugs and poor user experience cause long-term damage to the brand.

      Lack of Clear Vision and Direction - Senior management constantly changes project priorities without consulting teams

      Pros

      The pace and work/ life balance are very manageable and they are still pro remote work which is a huge benefit as a lot of companies push return to office. The benefits and salaries are great compared to the industry standards.

      Cons

      Lots of turmoil, changeover, layoffs and chaos caused by a recent re-org. ELT does not have vision or innovation outside of “AI” and it’s hard to feel confident about the long term success of the company. Lots of white men who lack creativity.
