Pros

Pros cause it is fully remote. No micro-managing. Work ethics is based on trust. Trusting that you will get the day-to-day job done.

Cons

Even when you complete daily tasks on-time and properly, for yearss, the HR never approach the remote-team for salary reviews. Is giving a vibes that if you asking for a salary-review, is a straight up "no, we don't do that in Tripaneer". The remote team is not being rewarded no matter how long/loyal you stayed with the company.

Pros

It is a great project and the work is fulfilling. You can have a lot of freedom of how to work and when. The people in the teams are nice and easy to work with. The tools they have to work are easy to use.

Cons

-The workload is really heavy, is too much work for 1 person and they don't pay extra hours anymore. But if you don't work extra hours then your job will be a lot more complicated. The work can become quite repetitive after a while. -They give you more work or responsibilities but they pay you the same and you have to keep the same hours worked. -HR takes ages to reply to any questions or problems you have, and they are not polite. When they first hired me they were nice and helpful but the last months were horrible. -They change a lot of things in the company, they way to work (platform) and their policies without informing employees or their partners, which makes the job a challenge and also is hard to plan or to also feel secure of your benefits or your issues. -They pay you until the 5th of every month so if you have payments on the first days sometimes is complicated, specially if the 5th is on a weekend, then you get paid until next Monday. So you have to arrange all your life and payments knowing you will not get pay always on the 5th but later on.
