No pros I'm not happy with this company

Low pay Clients are too far Admin is insufficient I forced to double check my pay (missing hours)

Triumph Hospitals have smaller facilities allowing for a more family like ,intimate atmosphere between co-workers. The staff get to know each other on a more personal level. It also allows for alot of team work.

Understaffing creates a hostile work environment. it makes the work day twice as hard and long. There is NO EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION! I have never worked at a place that treats their emplyees as if they should be lucky that they have a job! Low wages. They are so non competitive its disgusting. And now that they are owned by Rehabcare..it has gone from bad to worse!
