Very weak leadership! Strong favoritism shown. Promotions, recognition shown only to those liked by administration. Lack of communication. Bullying and mobbing allowed. Refusal of administration to promote Kindred's policy of English in work areas. Lack of separation of home time vs work time.

Understaffing creates a hostile work environment. it makes the work day twice as hard and long. There is NO EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION! I have never worked at a place that treats their emplyees as if they should be lucky that they have a job! Low wages. They are so non competitive its disgusting. And now that they are owned by Rehabcare..it has gone from bad to worse!
