Inappropriate remarks from clients, especially those close to franchisee owners. Failure to comply with TDLR guidelines of sanitation and licensing regulations. Bar staff exceeds alcohol limit to clients based on size of clients (i.e. 300 lb client allowed 5 beers, limit 2). Employees leave premises with alcoholic beverages a.k.a. "roadie". (term coined by franchise owner location #26). Does not respect personal space and expects salary employees at an hourly wage. Does not follow own rules of un-clocked smoke breaks and has no respect of ones own religious beliefs.
