Bar staff exceeds alcohol limit to clients based on size of clients (i.e. 300 lb client allowed 5 beers, limit 2). Employees leave premises with alcoholic beverages a.k.a. "roadie". (term coined by franchise owner location #26). Does not respect personal space and expects salary employees at an hourly wage. Does not follow own rules of un-clocked smoke breaks and has no respect of ones own religious beliefs.
