Pros

You learn how not to lead a team.

Cons

Doctor is negative, nasty, untrustworthy. She places unrealistic demands on managers e.g. 7 am meetings and if you leave at 5 pm, she'll snarl to anyone present that you won't be around for long. Is vindictive and quick to write people off. Poor communication. Gossipy, paranoid environment as a result. Very high turnover, especially among Practice Administrators. Many good, competent folks have come and gone.

Pros

Dr Turkle is one of the sweetest ladies I have ever met! She is always respectful and cordial as is all of her staff! Everyone here is very helpful and willing to make new staff feel welcome and comfortable. It's easy to feel happy here because the people and surroundings are very home like! I love it here and I am planning on staying for a very long time!

Cons

Honestly sometimes the managers get frustrated if you don't retain things after they've told you one or two times. There are lots of things to remember and the learning curve takes a couple weeks when first starting. Otherwise everything here is great!

Pros

Good Hours Nice Staff Great Patients Good Discounts

Cons

There are some business practices and decisions that don’t always seem to align with standard ethical or professional guidelines, which can be discouraging. The work environment can feel inconsistent at times, with unclear communication or last-minute changes that leave employees uncertain about expectations. The overall tone of the office often depends on the doctor’s mood or attitude, which can create an uneasy atmosphere for both staff and patients. While the team and management are generally supportive and capable, the heavy micromanagement from ownership makes it difficult for many employees to stay long-term.
