      There were tons of team members that were so supportive and everyone helped everyone else.

      Cons

      Supervisors had taken people from their work stations that they qualified for and placed them elsewhere where they couldn't qualify - backwards progress and unnecessary stress on the team members.

      The company offers great pay for the area.

      Cons

      The company changed health benefits from BCBS to United health-Poor Provider. Some plants have a toxic work life balance. Expect 6-7 day work week. No OT or consideration for Salary management.
