Pros
Uoma Beauty is a place run by an entrepreneur for entrepreneurs. The company has a very charismatic founder. I worked closely with her and learnt so much. During my tenure at Uoma I have seen everything, I had to wear multiple hats and constantly pivot and adapt to change, which I enjoyed. It is a fast, exciting environment where you can shape things like in no other place. It is a great place to work if you have an entrepreneurial mind set and are not afraid of a fast pace.
Cons
Processes are still to be improved as in any start up, stress can be high but I believe it is the same in every start up.
