SHARON CHUTER IS TOXIC

Pros

Decent products and formulation, free product

Cons

The CEO who is involved at every level is an entitled maniac. If you have any desire for work life balance, this is not the company for you. Sharon "Pull Up For Change" Chuter is extremely toxic and psychotic. If you don't give your life to the company, you won't be a fit and even then be prepared for little support, long hours, constant disorganization, and countless changes. I wouldn't advise working here one bit.

Pros

Free make up at the beginning but every beauty brand will provide this as a necessity

Cons

Not organised at all, management including CEO doesn’t know how to manage or speak to employees or how to resolve issues professionally, no official HR or someone to speak to who understands. The “training” was a mess very basic. They always blamed every issue on them being a new company but surely you shouldn’t start a company if you don’t know the basics of how to run it.

Pros

Free makeup, exposed to cool people

Cons

Working for a woman who manipulates every conversation and cares about nobody but herself; nobody that started with the company from day 1 is still there; high turnover
