no restaurants nearby so getting lunch is a bit stressful

Where do I start… to anyone who has worked at this company it is VERY obvious that the few good reviews were written by The founder/CEO herself. You would think she would shift her energy/focus from writing fake reviews to actually fixing the toxic work environment she created. If you want to be overworked, under paid, and under appreciated, this is the company for you! When Sharon isn’t busy suing everyone she works with, she fills her time blaming the team for failing when she set them up to fail in the first place. Departments are understaffed, there’s no inventory to sell, no communication to ever changing projects, the list goes on. It’s only a matter of time until no one will work with this company. Word is already getting out in California considering CA recruiters will NOT place people here because of the real reviews and after speaking with previous employees. I wasn’t going to leave a review but this company DOES NOT deserve 3 stars, I wouldn’t even give one star if I didn’t have to. This business is shady, watch your back.
