Pros
Decent benefits and they stick true to their word First class logistics company with rigorous execution Very honest and incorruptible
Cons
Hardcore military run company where everything is done to achieve the numbers. There is no time or room for creative thinking, or even consider whether the numbers still have a relationship with reality. Very inflexible to employees unless you're close to the top brass and willing to relocate. Expect no cooperation to find a normal work/life balance in management positions. Overtime is the rule, I did 50-60 hours per week standard.
