No work/life balance, your family is expected to take 2nd priority behind the job in management. Very strong "silos" protect division and district managers from responsibilities and consequences. "Club-like" structure in place to isolate upper mgt.from hourly and front line management. Long hours and the only way you will know you are doing a good job if you don't hear from your boss.
