Pros

Great product and packaging. Where the product is merchandised properly it sells well.

Cons

No one has a clue. This is a company that was started by IT startup executives who thought it was easy to launch an energy drink. The owner is clueless and not loyal, he’ll expect 3 years worth of growth and expansion in 6 months or your fired. He has no clue how long it really takes to build a brand.

UPTIME Energy Response

It has been an exciting 44 months at UPTIME Energy. We have grown from 2 to over 50 employees in a short period of time- with a revenue growth rate of over 12,300%. We’ve been fortunate to find success in the energy category but success has also come with challenges-requiring new skill-sets and requirements from the Team at UPTIME Energy. Unfortunately, we’ve had to let a few people go along the way- having to part with some good people. We wish our former Team members all the best in their future endeavors. Thank you. Benjamin Kim, CEO

Pros

Does not apply to this company.

Cons

Non supportive senior management/executive leadership. Inexperience middle management. Constant downsizing/reorganizing has eliminated any company culture that previously existed. Inefficient marketing, stemming from divisiveness between sales/marketing departments. Zero HR support. This section could be a 300 page novel.
