      No one has a clue what they’re doing

      Pros

      Great product and packaging. Where the product is merchandised properly it sells well.

      Cons

      No one has a clue. This is a company that was started by IT startup executives who thought it was easy to launch an energy drink. The owner is clueless and not loyal, he’ll expect 3 years worth of growth and expansion in 6 months or your fired. He has no clue how long it really takes to build a brand.

      It has been an exciting 44 months at UPTIME Energy. We have grown from 2 to over 50 employees in a short period of time- with a revenue growth rate of over 12,300%. We’ve been fortunate to find success in the energy category but success has also come with challenges-requiring new skill-sets and requirements from the Team at UPTIME Energy.       Avoid like the plague.

      Worked alongside some amazing and genuine people.

      Cons

      Weak company with weak leadership. CEO and CCO (husband and wife) have different visions for the company and it created consistent miscommunication, confusion, and lack of company direction. The company has a brand awareness issue and refused to invest in marketing.

      This brand has potential. But because of some employees no one going to give longer service in sales department .

      Cons

      As a start up company this company doing it all wrong. Instead of focusing on better marketing campaigns they just hiring people and firing people. Make them over work and eventually Fire them. Some peoples from sales team are micromanaging and making other people life living hell while they working the company.
