Pros
This is great place to start and to learn many aspects of the industry. Every day I learn something new. I have a great manager who is compassionate and flexible.
Cons
The pay is low, and the rate of advancement is slow. I hate that it doesn’t seem like everyone gets a fair chance for positions. If you know someone, you are more likely to get the job which is not always a good thing for those out there that may be more qualified but don’t know anyone on the inside.
