      The benefits are the only pros about this job. Otherwise, it's a terrible place to hold a career for money or for personal satisfaction.

      Cons

      Again, everything is a con when working for the Air Force, other than the benefits. The job itself is horrible, and leadership is 100% clueless.

      Pros

      Laid back environment get your work done and you can coast.

      Cons

      Appraisals are off of the buddy system more often than not i.e. if you went to the same college as your supervisor you’ll likely get good scores if not good luck.
