      Pros

      Free school, ability to advance quickly if willing to put in lots of extra work! Must do volunteering outside of normal work hours to get promoted!

      Cons

      Constant sucking up, very immature people straight out of high school who sometimes don't ever grow up! Red tape and/or bureaucracy.
