      Get to broaden experience every 3-4 years. Get to move around the US and world. Excellent defined pension plan. Superb evaluation process. Equal opportunities.

      Cons

      No profit sharing. No pay for performance. HAve to pay for work clothes (uniforms) that are really not usable outside of work.
