      Pros

      Camaraderie, Benefits, Purpose are all what keep me in the USAF. Clearance is great to have.

      Cons

      Obviously, when you're in the military, you sacrifice a lot of control. Be prepared to move a lot, deal with hours that will fluctuate (and shift work), and a mixed bag of immediate leaders/raters.

      Pros

      Getting 2.5days of accrued leave per month is nice, which adds up over time. You can request leave whenever within your schedule and it won't be denied.

      Cons

      Not too much structure when it comes to squadron training. Depends on your squadron but leadership can really determine your experience.
