Female executives continue to leave. IT positions are under valued and external experience is not valued. It’s as if your career starts over the day you arrive here. Too many promotions based on tenure and politicking rather than education and experience. Hardest part is getting in. Once you’re hired you can retire from here. There is no real performance management
