extensive training program, friendly "same level" colleagues, easy call vibe

As mentioned, got terminated for something that I claimed to have done. provided evidence that proved I didn't, but management "had to stick with their decision". expectations are skewed. one employee gets recognition, but in their one-on-one, they are told they aren't doing something else right. I would get bullied on quality and get compared to another new employee, was told they were doing better, but that employee was getting bullied as well. if you don't stick to their way, you're off the highway. and one last thing: if you don't like micro management, AVOID this like the plague. they ask for your phone number and get on your case like you committed a crime.

Pros

Life work balance, great benefit package and nice colleagues. The goal of the company is providing the best service to its members. So, they treat employees the best to encourage them to do the same for members.

Cons

Slow IT support, limited interactions with industry. Banking business is not as mature as insurance.
