Great benefits, amazing mission, a lot of work from home opportunity, had some amazing fellow developers
Cons
Management feels like it is acceptable calling employees names if things aren't going the way they want on the rare occasion you even see them. They also talk the big game of education but then will have you work so many hours you don't have the energy to take a class after work.
