Pros

Company is highly focused on serving the military and their families and helps employees connect and understand the mission frequently. Good benefits. Company handled the COVID transition to work from home well, and have been flexible with employees about return-to-office.

Cons

Quite a bit of leadership change recently, less transparent around org changes than they used to be. A swift focus shift that began just before the pandemic from forward-thinking and fail-fast agile innovation to burdensome and poorly implemented IT risk management has killed the IT culture. Cost cutting measures and HR issues have resulted in an over-reliance on 3rd party resourcing.
