Pros
-Amazing benefits -Most of the superiors/teachers I had along the way were nice and understanding -Was remote, but there is a current option for hybrid it seems like -All your PTO is given to you up front
Cons
-Working a call-center type job being an insurance professional, you will get rude people -Calls are back to back in what seems like little to no break time at all between calls, and taking unscheduled break every now and then seemed like a horrible thing to do -You are always expected to of course offer them a product they don't have even if the call has no openings for you to do so -BIG THING: The CEO got on a live presentation and to make a long story short, told all USAA employees to not expect any growth in a remote position.
