Pros

Unlimited over-time because they are desperately seeking employees because after employees are hired on and begin work they realize how bad things are and they quit. Room for growth.

Cons

Lack of proper training. You are thrown on the phones without knowing exactly how you clock in and out. Company is completely unorganized. Any extra training you need. You don't get until You get a bad survey. First bad survey is a verbal recorded warning. Second bad survey is a written warning. I was hired through Teleperformance which also lacks proper training. I have been with USAA for 90 days and their licensing still doesn't have me licensed in the states so I can do the main job I was hired for. Usaa doesn't take care of their members or their employees. Your calls and computer monitors are recorded at all times and if QA sees you're not using their KC article you get a bad monitor. You can not keep a member on hold more than 2 minutes and it could be a 45 min call bc you're trying to find the correct KC article to go over with the member. If you trytoget a hold of 3P another form of help. There is usually a 20 minute wait time. The pay is not worth the stress of the job.

Life work balance, great benefit package and nice colleagues. The goal of the company is providing the best service to its members. So, they treat employees the best to encourage them to do the same for members.

Cons

Slow IT support, limited interactions with industry. Banking business is not as mature as insurance.
