Pros

The people that are hired with you and you get to know if the useless zoom training classes. Most of my training class has left as the training was useless once you were assigned a team to work claims.

Cons

The workload is unrealistic and you can not do the work that is expected in an eight hour day. Out of the eight hours you are working three hours each day on other peoples claims and taking incoming calls. The incoming calls are never pleasant. I have worked in the insurance industry for over 30 years and this is the worst company I have ever seen. I am more surprised that they do not have more bad faith lawsuits. The representatives are overworked and if you want to stay on top of your work you need to work at least 12 hours a day and work weekends.

Slow IT support, limited interactions with industry. Banking business is not as mature as insurance.
