      Pros

      Actual company's policy is good. Career opportunities work environment is good if you are not in one of those teams. not sure if it is same now in other teams.

      Cons

      Now that there are so many new leadership, it has become micromanaged company with no work life balance, there is no proper documentation for new hire and usually team is busy so nightmare for new hires. And expectation is high but no proper resources. Leadership feels like its suffocating. Management is very poor especially Bank. Not worth it anymore..

      Pros

      Life work balance, great benefit package and nice colleagues. The goal of the company is providing the best service to its members. So, they treat employees the best to encourage them to do the same for members.

      Cons

      Slow IT support, limited interactions with industry. Banking business is not as mature as insurance.
