Terrible leadership - most C-suite change I've ever seen, CEO making too many big changes and in a cut-throat manner Lots of big talk from leadership but very little help in actually making the change Udemy used to be about hiring the best people no matter where they are, and this recently changed to force employees into the office for most of the week with little to no support in such a change; and now recruiters are left to hire from a smaller pool of talent which may not be the best for the company's growth
