      This company employee a strategy of employing undergrads and early migrants who desparately seeking for their 1st job in Aus. for a lower salary and molding them to become workaholic by working more than 9/10 hours per day without an extra pay. All the management and technical leads are people who started as undergrads and worked for the company for 6 years or more and they expect all the other staff to work the same way without a work life balance.

Great location. Many on-site services like barista bar, gym, osteo. Commitment to environment, charities, community, work / life balance.

      Salaries and bonus. The company runs lean so functions like HR can be under invested.
