      Pros

      Convenient location (Melbourne CBD), Comparatively a good salary, Intercommunication domain, Free cake and drinks once a week.

      Cons

      This company employee a strategy of employing undergrads and early migrants who desparately seeking for their 1st job in Aus. for a lower salary and molding them to become workaholic by working more than 9/10 hours per day without an extra pay. All the management and technical leads are people who started as undergrads and worked for the company for 6 years or more and they expect all the other staff to work the same way without a work life balance.

      Pros

      cafe machine in the headquater is nice.

      Cons

      Full of bullies and harassment. They make lots of money from the largest telecom company so working at the client is extremely stressful. Sometime you will feel that you were not working in Australia. The management just cares about how much they can get from their client. So if you cannot get along with PM, you will be fired unfairly.
