Pros
Company hire candidate any any package if there is client requirement and once requirement is complete immediately employee salary is stopped.
Cons
1.Company don't have inhouse projects. 2.Company is working in NCR but they do not have seating space for their team. The day candidate join he is immediately moved to client office and after that Unify management does even try to communicate with employee. 3.Compnay has very less client and if I consider RPA technology client than they don't have any client. 4.They have hired RPA candidate and now not providing salary to them. 5.Company management is very unprofessional. They do not take care of their employees. 6.Joining agreement is also in favour of company only. Employee has to give 2 months notice period however company give only 1 month. But in actual scenerio company even do not give 1 month notice, they simply stop employee salary. 7. No paid leaves. No promotion and end year appraisal.
