Pros
Flexible work environment. Work with very talented, hard-working engineers. Generally use latest technology and tools.
Cons
Management (especially at the highest levels) has proven to be clueless. Outsourcing continues as new products and new approaches fail, so the bottom line can only be rescued by deeper spending cuts. Morale was terrific for many years (as the former Siemens company), but has been squashed by narrow-minded cuts. Average pay with miniscule 401k contribution. Can't imagine raises will be given for a long time.
