Pros

Global company, some degree of flexible working. Very broad brand portfolio can give the opportunity of working on many different products.

Cons

Pay rises non existent for low to medium level workers, morale on site therefore very low. Shocking level of hypocrisy with the focus on equality of the USLP being conveniently overlooked when it comes to the company's own poorest employees, whilst the CEO is frequently rewarded with 20%+ increases on his multi-million pay deal.

Pros

Working with brands you grew up with is really exciting! The people I have met have all been amazing as well!

Cons

Everyone I have talked to are overworked and feel underpaid and despite the amount of work they do, there is no recognition or appreciation. Upper management is a mess and UL is constantly restructuring, often going from new BACK to the old structure while simultaneously letting people go leaving more people overworked. While most people are amazing, there are a few micromanagers where expectations are unknown. In addition, the lack of communication is awful. Often, I hear about certain cuts through the vine rather than directly from the people involved
