The company is going downhill fast, I wouldn't return unless they do some serious overhauling on their business strategy. Short sighted cost savings initiatives are killing the culture and will continue to drive employees to leave. With all the opportunities in the NYC area, you would be a fool to stay with the sinking ship.
- Terrible retention; probably due to everyone having to double hat with no promotions or increase in salary
- Not much room for advancement. Management expects you to stick around in the same role with negligable raises for years, even if you are doing a good job
- Pay is not great for NYC area. Company will short change and in some cases stiff you on your already small bonus
- They make employees that live in NYC pay to ride the shuttle to work
