Pros

Best in-class systems and processes, Numerous market leading brands in portfolio, best bunch of smart people to work with and top notch learning environment.

Cons

No career path for Non UFLPs (rankers or direct recruits) all meaty roles are reserved for UFLPs. There is no evidence to suggest otherwise as hardly any diversity in non sales functions. While UFLPs get promoted in a predefined manner, numerous excuses will be given for non UFLPs for delay in promotion even if you are eligible and capability is not an issue. Zero interaction with HR and they avoid all forums where they get questioned around career management.

Pros

It is a large company with a record of 3 years without a recordable injury. Occasionally feeds the employees

Cons

The biggest issue with this plant and it invades every aspect of the company is a complete lack of ability to properly communicate information. The applies internal to departments, across departments and up and down. They have the technology to do it, just not the organization. Company could probably use much more Engineering organization.
