Pros

Flexible working hours, informal atmosphere

Cons

Top down organisation (Ivory Tower), loads of yes-men/women (who get promoted), no real job security as every year there are lay-offs due to organisations changes, people with real jobs are being substituted for interns / temporary people (flex workers) /outsourced to low income countries (india/poland), as a person you cannot be honest about what you think because it will be used against you during your review (especially when you are near a permanent contract), within this company you should always remember that people wear a mask, many unilever projects are façade for the world outside to see how "good and involved" we are, Unilever will do anything for the shareholders. Short term goals are most important. It would't surprise me if employees would be asked to post positive things on glassdoor.

Pros

Love the people, great mentors, wonderful team members. Very welcoming office and great relationships. I love coming to work!

Cons

Under resourced and underpaid for the skills I bring to the table, which contributes to retention issues

Pros

Good Pay for the work.

Cons

Micromanagers, racists, needed to be in person even though all meetings were handles on teams.
